Dear Parents,

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for St. Jane Frances School for the 2018–2019 school year. In order to be eligible for financial assistance by SJF Church, families must be registered SJF parishioners, practicing Catholics attending Mass and regularly using contribution envelopes at St. Jane Frances Church, and registered at school for the upcoming year. Financial assistance is available for grades Kindergarten through 8th only. Families applying for tuition assistance will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment on or before March 1, 2018 (SJF Church Deadline). There is an application fee. Only one Grant & Aid application is necessary for St. Jane Frances Church and for the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Applicants can begin applying online immediately at www.online.factsmgt.com. Previous Grant & Aid applicants may log in to your existing account and do an application for the 2018–2019 school year. Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:

• St. Jane Frances Church—Copies of your 2017 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
• Archdiocese of Baltimore—Copies of your 2016 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
• SJF Church and A.O.B.—Copies of your 2017 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
• SJF Church and A.O.B.—Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

The deadline for Archdiocese of Baltimore tuition assistance is February 28, 2018—grades Kindergarten through 8th.
